We’ll also make sure we’re a great fit for each other before moving forward.

Next, we’ll schedule a visit to your lot (or help you identify and evaluate the right lot if you haven’t found one yet). We’ll walk the site together, offer feedback, and explore design ideas.

You'll also get the chance to visit one of our active job sites so you can see firsthand how we work and what to expect.

Once we’ve finalized pricing, we’ll sit down with you to review your custom quote.

You’ll receive a professionally designed quote packet that clearly outlines your scope, finishes, and total costs.

We’ll walk through everything with you, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.

When you're ready to move ahead, we’ll finalize the scope, pricing, and timeline.

Our legal team will handle the contract documents, and we’ll collect your initial deposit to officially kick things off.

Next, we’ll dive into the design details. You’ll select materials, finishes, and fixtures—with our team guiding you through every choice.

We use virtual renderings so you can see your space come to life before construction even begins. Once finalized, we’ll compile everything into a digital look book for you to keep.

With plans in place and selections finalized, construction kicks off. You’ll receive regular updates, end-of- week recaps, and bi-weekly site visits.

Have a question or need something clarified? We guarantee responses to all messages by 7 PM each day. Clear communication and tight quality control are what we’re
known for.

When your home is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough together to ensure everything meets (or exceeds) expectations.

We’ll also provide maintenance tips and warranty details. And while the project may be finished, our support doesn’t end—we’re always here if you need anything down the road.
